in high-stress occupations such as:

** Teaching
** Social work
** Emergency services

Signs and symptoms :- 

** Exhaustion :-  A feeling of physical and emotional weariness, even after a restful night's sleep.
 ** Cynicism and detachment : - A negative or cynical outlook on work, co-workers, and customers, and a sense of detachment from them
** Loss of focus : - Difficulty concentrating, completing tasks effectively, or meeting deadlines.
** Mood swings and interpersonal issues : - Feeling moody, irritable, or having conflicts with colleagues or clients.
** Reduce Job satisfaction : - Individuals may experience a decrease in their level of satisfaction with their work, leading to feelings of dissatisfaction, lack of fulfilment, and doubt in the worth of their profession.

Action Plan : -
1. Define boundaries : - Make sure you have a clear separation between your professional life and your personal life. Avoid overworking yourself and set aside time for activities that allow you to decompress.
2. Ask for help : - Communicate your feelings and worries with loved ones, friends, or co-workers. You may also want to consult a therapist or counsellor.
3. Take self-care :- Take care of yourself by exercising, taking up hobbies, meditating, or going for walks in nature.
4. Prioritize and Delegate :- Learn how to set priorities and delegate when you can. Break large projects down into smaller, easier-to-achieve tasks.
5. Develop coping skills :- Learn effective stress management techniques, such as deep breathing, mindfulness, or journaling.
6. Find a balance between work and life :- Work is important, but it’s not the only important part of your life. You also need to make sure you’re spending enough time with your loved ones, enjoying hobbies, and taking care of yourself.
